4. Acidic food intake – As said, acidic contents can easily harm your teeth as it erodes the protective coverings. You can drink milk or eat cheese to remedy the intake of such food though and give balance to your diet.

5. Cracking and grinding of teeth – As your teeth wear out, you may find cracked teeth can allow the bacteria build up that will later allow the formation of cavities. When this happens, you get easily exposed to substances that can lead to toothache.
